DO NOT USE BOOKING.COM

I booked a place for two days, R1000 was paid upfront. When arriving the place was filthy, housing prostitution, drugs, crystal meth and Nigerian drug dealers.

I was with my daughter. How can booking.com allow venues like this. Now booking.com refuses to reimburse me in full. I have tried to contact them numerous times.
