Do not use booking.com

Had a very unpleasant experience at an apartment in the UK. Received no help from the host, no help from booking.com. They are extremely difficult to contract and make it virtually impossible to contact to them to ask for assistance. Do not use booking.com, no customer what so ever. Very dissatisfied.
