Avoid this service at all cost. Rather pay the hotel a few rand extra directly. They double booked us and it took hours to sort it out. When we finally arrived at our (new) hotel, the reception didn't know about us. Another hour wasted. They do not answer their phones after 5 and before 5, make sure you have a lot of time to wait for an agent.
