Do not trust Booking.com in South Africa

What a ****! Booking.com had me pay for a room and when I received the contact details, after paying, the owners told me that they do not have a room available for me. I ended up staying in my car at a petrol station because of Booking.com having NO cotrol over their partners renting out rooms.
