Do not list your property

Do not register your property on this platform. They limit the functionality on the platform when you first sign up without telling you and you aren’t able to charge guests! On top of that when guests don’t pay - you need their permission to cancel the booking so either way you loose out. Try explain this to a consultant and no one is able to answer you.
