DO NOT DEAL with Booking.com

I have a serious complaint about how this booking was handled. Less than 24 hours after we made this booking and the money was taken from my account, the venue cancelled our booking due to ‘plumbing’ problems. we have been refunded signifiacntly less than we paid. customer service do not reply and the company will not refund us. this is pure theft!!
