DO NOT BOOK WITH THEM!!!

Absolutely terrible the site is extremely un user friendly, i paid for an accommodation for 2 nights only for the place to say they dont have any rooms but thew payment is accepted and the site accepted everything. Iv been trying to reach booking.com to no avail the stupid AI is of no help, the accommodation "Bella Vista in Johannesburg south" are not interested either, when i get through to the customer service they can never hear me or dont seem to understand the simplest complaint. Do not use booking.com
