Do not book with booking.com ever!

No customer care, no email, the number provided for Johannesburg and Cape Town customer care does not go through. So my wife booked through booking.com for a B&B we stayed in and it kept on giving an error saying there was a problem but it debited twice from the account, we contacted the B&B and they were only paid once, so where is the money and its like a ghost company where you cannot get into contact with anyone. Really the worst booking and travel site by far.
