Do not book flights via booking.com, worst agent ever

Never book your flights through booking.com. I had the worst experience of my life. On the 30th of January I queried move my return flight from the 13th of Feb to the 15th of Feb. They said they are unable to process my request but someone was going to call me. I have been following up its been 7 days now. and I have now needed to check in to my Departure flight which is 06 Feb. They do not wnat to refund me or help me. I hope you book all flights through your airline. I am now stuck
