Do not book 31 Theresa Avenue Camps bay mansion

Made a booking via booking.com for Camps bay 31 Theresa Avenue mansion. All was in order until the day we had to check in. The facility agent went awol and did not answer our calls. We call the booking.com client service for assistance and we waited at the airport for 3 hours without alternative accommodation. Very bad service and lack of customer service.
