Dissatisfying Client Service

Hello Peter, I am registered at Booking.com,property number; ***4 as Mandisa's Rest we had clients since 13 October2023 ( 2 people again one night stays),14 October 2023, 4 people (one-night stays) another client booked again (2 adults plus child) via boonking.com for 18 November 2023 paid via Booking.com without conformation with me and until today no payments were made to Mandisa's Rest. The website state 5 -10 days' pay -outs. Numerous calls to them to get clarity without success. Please assist m. Kind Regards MANDISAS REST _
