Dissatisfied Customer

What an Horrible experience!!!!

After using them for all my online bookings I found my last booking with them for the Rockefeller Hotel in Cape Town Distasteful, Unprofessional, Bordering ****ming as I paid online but upon arrival this transaction trail vanished in the abyss!!!!

It took me months and numerous of calls to arrogant staff at the Rockefeller and international call agents to resolve.

I do not trust Booking.com and u have lost a loyal customer.
