Disputing a transaction on my account

Hello I am disputing a transaction on my account.

On 27 September 2026, I attempted to book accommodation at 11 1 Avenue, Cape Town via http://Booking.com. The amount of R1180 was deducted from my account.

I did not receive a booking confirmation. My http://Booking.com account shows no upcoming booking, and I only received a login verification code email (***) not a confirmation. The property has no record of my booking.

I am requesting a chargeback for services since I don't need the booking anymore
