Dishonest!

I made a booking at the Michael Angelo through booking.com, a few days before I was meant to check in. I phoned them just to make sure of my booking. Thank goodness I did, due to Covid the Michael Angelo was not even open. But booking. Com took my money and I still have not been refunded! Everytime I ask when will I get my money it says it has been processed and it is the banks side! This is ****************! How can you advertise falsely!
