Disgusting system, dishonest adverti*****ts

I once wrote a very good review for Booking.com. However, their service has now deteriorated to such an extent that it is even impossible to chat with anyone there, no communicate by any means, since their email address does not work. They promise you a discount of R300 on the next booking and immediately renege on it. Besides being dishonest, they now have a payment from me for a falsely advertised resort on their site. How they can publish **** resorts, I can't understand, but it is a very dishonest practice.
