Disgusting service from Booking.com

This is my second review for Booking.com. I am beyond disgusted with how they treat their partners at this point. Our property has been closed for two weeks now and with no word at all from their finance department. I keep calling everyday to get feedback on when they will open our establishment and I keep being told the same thing that finance will get back to us. At this point I don't know what to do !! This is horrible service from Booking.com
