Disgusting Service

I'm very disappointed with the service from Booking.com, I made booking last month for the 14/09/23 to 17/09/23 using their site and when we arrive at Globe Restaurant and Accommodation, Durban the place is permanently closed, I requested for refund and Aramis referred me to the property which is permanently closed and their number is constantly on v/m and they are not even responding to my emails, All i'm asking for is refund, Confirmation number: *** and Pin code: 2515.
