Disgusting Service

They advertised accommodation that is no longer in their listing, and made a payment and the accommodation was confirmed...... 3 days later they cancel the accommodation and told by a rude call centre agent that will only get the refund after 15 days ..... this is **** as this is not in their terms and conditions......I can’t make another booking I am now at their mercy facing the rude agent who could not even issue a reference number for the call logged .........
