Disgusting service.

I'd prefer to give a negative rating, but have to award a 1-5 rating. so a 1 is all I can offer. This service is disgusting. Their customer service agents are not able to help, nor are you able to resolve a query through a single channel. We have gone from Booking.com call, to email, to airline, to call to email and back again with out a single question being answered with any concret information. We will NEVER use this platform again -- and will go out of our way now to ensure that our network refuses their services as well.
