DISGUSTING!!! ********!!!!!

we paid R25 000 for a holiday home booking. we have now been advised the website was hacked after receiving a random call from a man requesting for the other half. we have sent countless emails, spent hours holding on for the call cntr. all we are being told is its being investigated, WE DONT GET ANSWERS. we have been calling every single day. there is a random man harassing us for bank details, we dont know if we have a booking, what has happened to the deposit and it seems like we are begging for answers. NO ONE IS GETTING BACK TO US. THIS IS DISGUSTING IT HAS BEEN 1 MONTH WITH ABSOLUTELY NO ANSWERS, NO RETURN CALLS AND NO RESPONSES TO EMAILS.
