Disgusting customer service !!! Fasle advertising

I booked my stay woth booking.com i arrived at the property with my family and small child the property was horrific massive false advertising on the booking.com website. Zero covid safety.

****roaches and biting ants, holes in bedding sand on in bed dirty pillows. Horrible horrific... no locks on bedroom doors no clean space to sit....

So we spoke to the owner and he agreed to refund us.... only for that to not happen and booking.com to penalise the client for the full stay and not refund anything.... zero wonderful so if u want to falsely advertise your property that is the booking site to do it on... the photos where so old the sign was so fafe we deove past it twice.... but boy was thw entrance in the picture wonderfully advertise

Please do not book with barefoot zanzibar or booking.com.
