Disgusting customer service and in polite way of dealing with customers

Pathetic customer service .complicated customer service agent that assisted with a query .they did my booking with a property but incorrectly booked for 2 adults .once I queri D to make changes they are being difficult and in polite and unprofessional and don't look for options to resolve bit makes matters complicated .a lack of understanding once query makes one more annoyed .they interrogate and of no assistance when it comes to having to o fix on their side for their mistakes .
