Disgusted

I am really disappointed with booking.com and Canal Guest house. They cancelled my booking and now they taking forever to refund me my money. It’s not my fault they had to cancel but now I need the money to pay for my new booking and they telling me to wait for 7days. My trip is in a weeks time and they need to refund me my money today.
