Extremely disappointed with this hotel! Firstly no safe parking which is misleading.exterior of the hotel and area around the hotel extremly shabby, unsafe.No burglar guards in the room.Even thou i requested a cancellation due to an emergency, Still no refund & no assistance.Bookings.com states free cancellation.Also Adverti*****ts of misleading information with regards to parking and the area the hotel is situated in.
