Disastrous booking.com - *****ing people's money.

What a disaster of a booking site. I booked accommodation and paid. They then debited my account again for 3 times the amount of the original booking. Getting hold of someone on the phone takes over 30 minutes which costs airtime... Then when I got hold of someone I was told to submit proof. I did so in form of a bank statement and they told me it wasn't clear. It's a bank statement in PDF form. Clearly they cannot read!

Again I phone and spend over an hour on the phone... still no assistance.

Give me back my money... You debited my account without my permission!
