Disaster worst hotel experience in Hotel@Hatfied

Hotel@Hatfield 1141 Burnett street, Hatfield was the worst hotel experience I've had in my history of hospitality places. Firstly the place was filthy as I experienced dust in the room. To add insult to injury the management hosted a matric ball at the hotel where there was loud music which was eventually stopped around 12h40am by a private security company but the disturbances never stopped. My room was advertised by booking.com at 30% discount to mask the ludicrous night I was about to experience. The conference room where the rowdy event took place was right above my room and by the time I eventually slept at 4am the unsupervised teens were again left roaming and talking loudly in corridors with reception not picking up the calls. The sad part is i complained several times to management/reception but inspite of having another branch in Arcadia I was not moved there or another room. I was booked under a false narrative because had the hotel being transparent i would not have stayed seeing that I drove in from another province around 5am the morning. I now ended up at 6am writing this review because I spent 25hrs without proper sleep at all. The management is purely capitalist who couldn't care less about their customers and staff even got me to book breakfast saying it's on special to milk more money out of me and I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone I know or colleagues who frequent Pretoria.
