Disaster booking Senate Bogus Guesthouse

After saving up for a holiday. Me and 3 friends booked this accommodation through bookings.com and upon our arrival. There was no one to meet us and check us in. There check in kitchen/ living room was filthy with dirty dishes and peels of vegetables on the floor. The rooms where not ready. The one room had plenty liners on the floor the beds not mad no window making it all very stuffy and unsanitary. The grass outside was uncut and high. The outside furniture was dirty and the pool was shallow with little water inside it. When we asked the property manager what’s happening with the pool she said she does not know.

We called the owner and asked to cancel the booking and even after her manger of the property confirm what we found she still refused to come to an agreement with us. She then canceled our booking I’m the bookings website and say we where a no show. Which is not true.
