Disappointing Service Booking.com

Booking.com is great when finding that holiday spot BUT when you need to cancel the reservation that's where their service is not off a great standard A full refund is due to me from En Route in Beaufort West as per TC's but I only got half!!! Now I am not getting any responses to my emails. Truly disappointed, will no longer be using booking.com and neither will my friend family
