Disappointing service and multiple cancellations

Made a booking in August 2024 for October. Payment and confirmation received. A few days before we were supposed to go a message was sent saying other people had somehow booked and they then cancelled our booking. Made another booking for December 2024. Same thing happened and owner said it was already booked and cancelled after we already paid. Very disappointing service and very hesitant to keep using them.
