Disappointed in this service. Pathetic customer service

I registered an account this year with hope of getting interested travellers to occupy a residence. I had three no shows and have never received funds at all from the bookings service. I recently received a bill for commission. All three bookings had been no shows. All three were processed as such. I further made contact with the bookings customer service to ensure all was processed as no shows and no funds paid at all. Several communications with bookings team have yielded no resolution. I just get told different things concerning this invoice. Several messages have failed to get me the right feedback and assistance needed hence I am coming here with home to get assistance
