Disappointed

I was really disappointed with their at all. Booked a property from the 31st till the 2nd of January 24 for 4 people in Gonubie East London. Mind you we had brought expensive air tickets. After a day the owner of the property canceled the booking with an unknown reason. Had to book another one very quick last night. Today 6:25am received a call from the owner of the 2nd bnb saying they are also fully booked till the 16th of January, so i must cancel my booking again. Mind you they owe me R3600 and will only get my refund after 7 -12 days. I cant go on holiday now.
