The booking place was for The Blue Sanctuary at Parklands. We got to the place was utterly dirty, cigarettes on the floor, dirty alcohol bottles, dirty dishes with ants and a strong smelly smell, green pool! Host promised us a fully refund so we left not knowing that the host will turn things around at bookings. com. So now we struggling go get out fully refund from bookings. com even with the evidence of pic we took. The host doesn't have any pics of us doing anything she mention was inappropriate. Host is very rude!
