I am another victim of booking.com. Firstly they charge you double taxes because it's two countries. Then they double book you but you don't know this till a few days later the property/Hotel will contact you to tell you, you are double booked and please to cancel your booking on the booking.com website so you do this and it's free because it's 2 months before it's due. Then you never get your money back, the hotel gives you the run around and you can't contact booking.com there is no email and the phone number only half works you can't get past the enter booking number even if you try 100 times with your correct booking number. **** ****
