Deceptive Advertising campaign on SA TV

Booking.com is one of my service providers for the past 9 months and they confirmed that I have 16 "Bookers" which means they referred 16 guests to us successfully who booked accommodation with us. However of the 16, 13 cancelled their bookings without reason after a battle to get the guest to make a secure deposit. Their Ad campaign encourage clients to book and then cancel for free and then book again. Booking.com does not have the right to determine my Terms and Conditions for Accommodation, let alone claim that guests can cancel without cost. This is false advertising and I gather that the Hospitality Industry will agree with me that B.com cannot and does not determine our cancellation policies. They do not respond to my "Request for Answer" other than that it had been referred to Specialists to answer. This create additional administration cost to Accommodation Establishments as there does not exist an unlimited free option to cancel a contract. They should withdraw of correct their advertising with apology to public for incorrect advertising information.
