Dam house hartebee****rt VERY DISAPPOINTED

We have book at The dam lodge in hartebee****rt the place is not as decribed on photos.. Its very unprofessional we were waiting 20min in front of gate.. The grass is so long it come up to my knee the walking path is very un neat and unstable.. We booked at a other place.. The swimming pool is dirty.. I would like my money back as i didn't stay there and it wasn't as booking.com described on they website..

Very disappointed for people that have been on the road the whole day 1300km later and you must walk in on a place and its not as decribed..
