<p>I stay in South Africa and needed to book accommodation for my staff in Bochum South Africa. I mistakenly booked through booking.com, I immediately realized my mistake after paying as there is a Bochum in Germany as well and contacted them to cancel the booking and sent them an e-mail to confirm my cancellation and mistake. The operator agreed that it was a mistake and said she would immediatelly contact the hotel to cancel my booking. Dispite my efforts they continued to deduct the funds from my account and refuse to reimburse my company. I whish booking.com and White House Bochum Ehrenfeld 7 years of constant BAD LUCK and may you loose 777 x 7 time the money you took from me. Be wary of booking.com and all their related and affiliated companies they are a bunch of ******. Taking money from people who made an honest mistake.</p>
