Covid19 used to **** us

Booking.com as well as Villa Volante are ********. I booked a holiday starting from 25 April to 29 April. A deposit of R1025 was paid and now due to the national lock down we are unable to go. I requested a cancellation but they're refusing they are saying they can only move the dates. If I cancel then there will be no refund. They were so rude they even told me that just because I'm repeating myself it doesn't mean anything will change. They will not be refunding me and that's that. However on booking.com itself they stated that due to the covid19 pandemic the place you booked with is obliged to give us a refund. They're ******** us out of our money and using the pandemic to do so. This is disgusting
