On March I made a booking with this company for a hotel stay. I never received a confirmation from them to confirm this booking. I logged on my account and there was no booking there so I assume the booking hadnt gone through. I then emailed them to cancel the booking to which they rep**** they could only do this with a confirmation number and pin. I advised that I didnt get this which is why I was emailing them I asked them to confirm the cancellation.
