Concern over falsely advertised holiday apartment

We recently booked a holiday at the coast for the up coming December holidays, only to find out from the owner of the house that there is no availability over that period!!! Booking.com blames the owner of the property and vice versa. We have paid the full amount over to Booking.com and i sincerely hope they get back to us with alternate accommodation. Judging from the previous reviews it seems that that wont be happening anytime soon!
