I booked with this guest house on booking.com. I had to cancel the booking because I had to stay for the funeral of my mother who passed away on the day I was supposed to go to Durban. These ******** charged me R1775 , they used my card details to do their magic/ *****. They manage to exceed my daily bank limits. They keep debiting money on my account without my knowledge. I dont know how they manage to use my card on a speedpoint machine without my pin number. Really **********. I took the matter to Legal Wise. I will not rest till they pay for whatever they are doing. I contacted booking.com. All they say is that they cant refund me
