Complain against Booking.com and Lemon Villa

It is sad and disgusting to see how many complaints about Booking.com and their handling of situations of accommodations advertised on their site and nothing happens.

I had a very very bad experience at Lemon Villa and complain to the owner as well as Booking.com and asked for my money refunded just to hear it was due to bad weather conditions. The place is not as per the adverti*****t and the owner as well as her mom said its a work in progress. I were just shut off. I find it totally unfair and you get nowhere complaining to the people that have to take responsibility!!!! We work hard and I am sure all the other people that complaint as well just to be ****med out of our money. Surely there has to be consequences. And other people have to be warned before they experience the same situation.
