Clifton Beach Apartments 40 Victoria Road

I had a bad experience using Booking.com. I booked accommodation for 6 March 2021 at Clifton Beach Apartments 40 Victoria Road Clifton, Cape Town. The advertising was misleading because when I arrived, the apartment (no 10) did not have sea views as indicated, the beds were lumpy, stains were on the couch and the entire apartment was unkempt. I did not stay there as I felt unsafe and had to find alternative accommodation. Booking.com took my money (R1200 for the night) but when I tried to call and complain, it landed on deaf ears.
