CHRISTMAS SPOILT

I write this complaint with tears rolling down my eyes. I made a booking via Booking.com on 3rd December, today at 19 00pm, I received an email advising that my booking was canceled. Mind you this is 2 days before our check in. On Monday I did receive a confirmation to say we are 5 days to checking in.

I demand that Booking.com resolves this matter TODAY and does spoil Christmas for my family n I. We book wsy in advance and I will not accept such from them. Failing so, they must find a place n book us, not Pumusa Bushcamp, it's the most horrible place ever.

I DEMAND THAT SOMEONE RESOLVE THIS ASAP, DON'T LET ME TAKE FURTHER STEPS BECAUSE IT WILL NOT END WELL.
