Chased away with my 6 weeks old daughter at night in Plattenberg bay The Door RSA Fifty-Four

Ive booked a place in platenberg bay on the 7 to the 9 February 2020, after I have done my booking via booking.com I confirmed with the owner. I was traveling from Queenstown to Cape Town and I was hoping to spend the weekend there. On our arrival we were told that the kids are not allowed at the place and it was 21:20 at the time. when I asked and pleaded with them to find me alternative I was told that I am forfeiting my booking fee which was stranged because I was not the one who didn't want to stay. the owner escorted me out and they were sure that booking.com will not do anything. I heard that they also chased the other couple away. if booking .com is going to take my money and take the word from the owners that is not a proper business. I worked hard for that money and I had to drive straight to cape town with a 6 weeks old baby and that was so inhuman. I need my money back because they told me I paid through booking .com which is true.
