Can't contact Bookings.com - phone calls never answered

I have been trying to get through telephonically to Bookings.com for a week, I have loaded airtime 3 times as I've waited over an hour each time, it says my call will be answered in 10 min, sometimes 5 min but no one ever answers. Their site doesn't give you an option to send an email or contact them, all the drop down boxes only give advice but I can't get hold of them at all.

Anyone have advice, I am in South Africa.
