cannot get booking confirmation

I made a booking with [URL Removed] for a hotel called Poin****erfront in durban on the 25th of November 2015 and have not received a booking confirmation from the hotel but [URL Removed] says I have a booking.. I then called the hotel but I was told that they don't have my booking and they are fully booked for the dates I requested... I then contacted [URL Removed] via email but I get a generic email back which says I should contact the hotel I then did that to which from then on I haven't gotten any luck with the hotel... I then contacted [URL Removed] and they said they will contact the hotel and get back to me but is has been 2 weeks now and no one contacted me.
