Cannot Be Trusted

Booked accommodation three weeks ago through bookingnow.com, paid & received a confirmation number. Arrived in Cape Town & when contacting the establishment to collect the keys was told that bookingbnow.com had not confirmed the booking. When contacting customer service they were totally unhelpful & we were left to find alternative accommodation. My advise is do not use this company as you are not guaranteed that when you arrive at your destination that your accommodation will be booked. USELESS COMPANY!!!!!
