cancelled my booking and not refunded

<p>made a booking to Rose Manor Cape Town for a holiday . My booking was rejected but my money was taken . Booking.com advised that i book at Houtkappe****rt as an altternative and they will cancel the Rose Manor and then refund me in 10 days. I did as per recommendation and now they are ignoring me a month later. </p>
