Cancelled Booking less than 12hrs notice issued

Can someone explain if U guy's are facelitating the booking or must I still do the booking myself and if I have to book it where are the funds supposed to come from as my initial booking hasn't been refunded .this is really annoying and getting to downright pathetic now.I get inconvinience and nw find myself stranded and running around trying to find accomodation.Is this place even in Port alfred ? surely someone should be meeting me hlafway for my incovinience as I did everything in due time from my side.to cancel a booking 12hrs prior the date and then expect the cleint to run around is appoulling
