Cancellation of accomodation due to unbearable condition

Kindly note that I would like to be fully reimburst as I did not plan to cancel my accomodation with Albany, it was a decision that I had abruptly taken due to the unbearable condition of the place which looked like it has not been cleaned in a long time. I even had to take one of the ladies who works there by the name Hannah to check the first room which was given to us and she was so shocked to see how dirty it was and the toilet which still had stools. The carpets were so dirty we were not even able to breath me and my son. As you can see the I had to look for an alternative accomodation last minute which was now after six in an unfami**** city which almost cost me double as you can see there on your side (Belair Hotel)of what I had initially paid for Albany and the cost of having to pay for Bolt taxi to take me to that place. I did not even stay in the second room which thry had organised for us which was also in the condition
